Australia Visa Process

  • Consultation & Eligibility Check – Our experts review your profile and visa requirements.

  • 1. Choose Your Course & Institution (CRICOS Registered) - Students must select a course and university/college registered under CRICOS, ensuring the institution is approved to host international students.

  • 2. Receive the Offer Letter -After submitting academic and language documents, the college/university issues a Conditional or Unconditional Offer Letter based on eligibility.

  • 3. Confirm Enrollment (CoE) - Once the student accepts the offer and pays the initial tuition fee, the institution issues a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). This is mandatory for visa application.

  • 4. Prepare GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) Statement - The GTE explains your purpose of studying in Australia.
    • It must show:
    • Genuine intention to study
    • Strong academic background
    • Future career plans
    • Reason for choosing Australia
    • A strong GTE increases visa approval chances.

  • 5. Arrange Financial Proof -You must show funds to cover:
    • Tuition fees
    • Living expenses
    • Travel costs
    • This includes bank statements, income proof, loan sanction letters, or sponsor documents.

  • 6. Get OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) - OSHC is compulsory medical insurance for the entire duration of your stay.

  • 7. Submit Online Visa Application -Apply via ImmiAccount, providing:
    • CoE
    • GTE statement
    • Financial documents
    • Passport
    • English test results (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE)
    • Health insurance (OSHC)
    • Academic documents
    Pay the visa fee and upload all required paperwork.

  • 8. Biometrics & Medical Examination - You must attend a medical exam and give biometrics at an approved center.

  • 9. Visa Decision : If approved, you receive:
    • Visa Grant Letter
    • Visa conditions

  • 10. Pre-Departure & Travel : Once the visa is granted:
